Role Description
1Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
2.Identifying interested parties, meeting them and convincing them to take franchises.
3.Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
4.Handling client questions, inquiries, and complaints.
5.Devising ways to increase profitability of franchise
6.Closing Leads for Franchise Sale ,Phone and presentation skills.
7.Work with every franchisee partner to ensure that they are running profitable business
8.Ensure effective franchisee servicing and management and quality control.
+.Plan and execute the local marketing activities with franchisees to increase the footfall at the
Centre.
10.Responsible for maintaining franchisee store pan India as per the guideline
11.Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, draft and close agreements
Qualifications
• Experience in sales only (Min-1year)
• Ability to generate leads, establish relationships with clients, and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the retail industry and/or grocery sector is preferred.
