• Understanding in Identifying Candidates/Clients Job Hunting Hurdles & Issues: The Sales Executive should be able to identify and address the challenges that candidates and clients face during the job hunting process. This could involve problem-solving and providing solutions to make the process smoother.
• Highly Satisfied Reviews and Suggestions for All the Job Hunting Process: This indicates the need for delivering exceptional service to both candidates and clients, resulting in positive reviews and suggestions. Customer satisfaction is a key metric for success.
• Motivator, Instructor, Career Guidance in Technology: The Sales Executive should be capable of motivating individuals, providing instruction, and offering career guidance, particularly in the technology sector. This involves mentoring and assisting candidates in their career development.
• Taking Care of the Whole Onboarding Process, Client/Candidate's Documents, and Delivering Committed Services: This implies that the Sales Executive is responsible for managing the onboarding process for both clients and candidates.
