Identify and develop new business opportunities by spotting potential customers and clients, and must be able to develop strategies to reach them.
Build and maintain relationships with customers ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Meeting and increasing sales for the company, using their skills and knowledge to generate revenue and profits.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases and are likely to return.
Develop effective sales strategies and plans, using market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
Providing product and service demonstrations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the company's products and services.
Negotiating and closing sales with customers, at a fair price, so that the customer is satisfied with the deal.
Reporting on sales activities providing regular updates on their progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualification and Experience
Graduate or Post Graduates(both male and female) with a flair for sales with 1-3 yrs of exp
Excellent communication skills and presentable personality
Excellent customer service and sales skills
The company is into Events based out of South Delhi
There is no predefined targets depends on the efficiency of the sales person
The company also need Tele Callers apart from Sales Executive
The client is a New York based, Multinational Exhibition & Convention Organizer, having its operations across 4 continents. Established in 1++2 the company has now offices in India, Bangladesh, Lanka, Brazil & Morocco.
