Studio AsA is hiring a Sales and Marketing Executive / Customer Service with 1+ year of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated individual with the capacity to create brilliant creative solutions & deliverables, have a keen eye for detail, and must be able to understand creative requirements & adhere to the same in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities Maintaining relationships with clients by making Calls and regular Visits, understanding Clients needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities Sending Quotations, Presentations, attending conferences/workshops maintaining personal /professional networks. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner • Provide information about products and services offered by the company • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to ensure customer satisfaction • Identify and escalate potential issues to management to ensure customer satisfaction • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and customer service skills Skills Required • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong problem-solving skills • Technology skills. • Organizational skills. • Time-management skills. • Planning skills. • Resourcefulness • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. • Analytical - Able to handle queries • Industry exp. • Applicants must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure • Attention to detail. • Open to travel /exploring new avenues • Data entry. • Detail-oriented. • Event coordination. • Excel. • Microsoft Office Desired Candidate Profile • The candidate should be a graduate. • Candidates with excellent Communication Skills in English or Hindi, Convincing Power. • Maintaining an up-to-date database with proper follow-ups. • Candidates fluent in English will be considered only. • Good Listener and can do emails to Clients in an appropriate manner.
