Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Mumbai-(On-site role) Company: Stayscape Company Overview: Stayscape is one of the upcoming villa rental company specializing in luxury accommodations in and around Mumbai. With a focus on providing unparalleled experiences and exceptional service, we cater to discerning clients seeking premium villa rentals for vacations, events, and special occasions. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at the earliest. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by cultivating relationships with clients, promoting our portfolio of luxury villas, and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a full-time role based at our head office in Dadar West, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve individual and team targets for villa bookings and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable villa options tailored to their needs. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, from initial inquiry to post-stay follow-up, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, reservations, and finance to ensure efficient execution of bookings and timely resolution of client queries or issues. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or real estate industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of luxury travel market trends and customer preferences. Must be willing to work on-site at our head office in Wadala (W), Mumbai.
