Location: Liverpool Vauxhall
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: OTE £50,000 including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Liverpool Vauxhall.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
You will be the key point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone, and in person. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and administrative abilities will enable you to succeed in closing deals and meeting targets.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market, making sales pitches, and negotiating prices.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with customers to maintain high customer service levels
Listen to customers' needs and suggest suitable vehicles
Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
Negotiate final sale prices
Complete relevant paperwork for each sale
Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a passion for sales. You should be ambitious and hard-working, with the ability to hit targets and meet deadlines.
A full UK driving license is required, as you may be expected to drive company vehicles.
