Admissions Executives (Tele Sales / Admissions Counsellors)
Sales Experience in Academics
Great Lakes Chennai Campus Based Position
Job Outline
• Driving enquiries and admissions for executive programs offered by Great Lakes
• Looking after entire activities from generation of leads till the conversion
• Tracking leads and proactively communicating to marketing team
• Counselling the students via call , email or in person and suggesting the best course for them
• Updating and maintaining MIS reports
• Coordinating with Marketing team to fine tune marketing plans related to admissions and executing them
• Planning and execution of offline events such as conferences, seminars or road shows
Key Duties
• Counselling : The incumbent is required to manage the leads generated through the internal software by attending to queries and counselling for the courses offered at Great Lakes Chennai Campus.
• Target Based: Ensure leads turn to successful conversions.
• Admissions Seminars and Online Admissions Days: The incumbent will be responsible to own and accountable for admissions days/seminars and such alumni events, by providing course information sessions on campus to prospective students and and also facilitate campus visits.
• Administration : To ensure that all admissions leads and conversions related record keeping and document filing is upto mark at all times.
Experience and Competency requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed school/university; Masters/ MBA would be an added advantage but not necessary
• 4-6 years of Experience/Similar background will be an add on
• Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
• Hands on approach and good in Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Power point and Word
• Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution
• Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude
