• ibrow is India's first brand of permanent makeup. We provide services, training & products related to Permanent makeup.
• We are pioneering a new Era of beauty and makeup in India, and our founder, Dr. Gunjan Shah, is also the current president of Indian Association of permanent make-up.
• We work in providing high quality trainings and products that enables our clients to start a career in the field immediately after the training. Our trainings are completely hands-on where the participants get to work on live models for several days, giving them complete confidence of stepping out and independently doing the procedures.
• We have our own training center and head office at Ahmedabad, and we also regularly conduct trainings at Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.
About the role:
We're looking for a sales manager who will primarily be dealing with sales of training registrations through phone and virtual interactions. The job is an in-office job, and does not require in-person meetings with customers.
• You'll be the first point of contact for new inquiries for training enrolment.
• Each potential customer is different, and we're looking for someone who is creative in selling the value proposition of our trainings.
• The responsibilities include connecting with our customers, building a fabulous customer relationship, providing exact and factual details about our training programmes, informing about pricing, dates, payment plans, certification benefits and much more.
• You need to be comfortable reaching out to people and being available for the customers on virtual mediums like phone, email, videoconferencing, etc. To ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Working days and hours:
+:30 am-7:00 pm, Tuesday to Sunday
Remuneration:
22,000-25,000 per month + incentives (upto 50,000 per month)

As a sales executive, you will be expected to:
• Build long term relationships with our clients to facilitate cross selling and upselling.
• Maintain all data pertaining to calls and other communication with each customer for reference.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve maximum results
• Close new deals at high rate
• Represent brand during all customer interactions and maintain the integrity and respect of the brand.
• Educate the customers on how the training/products can benefit them and their clients.
• Be fluent in English and Hindi, and deal with clients from a variety of backgrounds like beauticians, cosmetologists, dermatologists, dentists, freshers, makeup artists, etc.
• Be polite, patient and pleasant with our customers at all times.
• Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
• Ensure targets are delivered while maintaining the honesty and integrity of deliverables and without misleading the end customers.
• Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to existing customers.
• Talk with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to present the company's offerings
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
• Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate the data to superiors
Work experience :
Proven success in high-ticket sales in any field (preferably in hospitality, retail, healthcare, automobile, jewelery, etc.)
