Key Responsibilities
• Sales Generation: Identify and target potential banking clients to generate leads for KYC report services and correspondent banking account opening solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their KYC compliance and correspondent banking needs.
• Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our KYC report services and correspondent banking solutions to effectively promote them.
• Sales Presentations Deliver persuasive presentations highlighting the value of our offerings in KYC compliance and correspondent banking.
• Consultative Selling: Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and regulatory compliance, positioning our solutions as trusted recommendations.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitors to identify sales opportunities and develop tailored strategies.
• Cold Data Sales: Utilize cold data leads and employ effective sales techniques to convert them into valuable clients.
• Team Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance, and support to achieve team targets and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
• 5+ years of experience in a sales role or related field to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the banking industry or financial services sector, with a focus on KYC report services and correspondent banking account opening.
• Strong knowledge of KYC compliance requirements, regulations, and industry standards in the banking sector.
• Familiarity with correspondent banking operations and the account opening process in financial institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively convey the value of the company's offerings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate comprehensive KYC and compliance knowledge, maintaining up-to-date awareness of regulations and ensuring strict adherence throughout the sales process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet client requirements.
• Drive international sales growth by identifying and targeting new markets, and adapting sales strategies to effectively penetrate and capitalize on global opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools and technology.
