Job description Position - Sales Executive Location - Ahmedabad Responsibilities: - The position is that of frontline sales personnel who would primarily be responsible for growth and penetration of PU coatings ranging from Nason to high end PU coatings in defined geography through creation, nurturing, expansion and management of Dealer Network and stakeholders comprising of Contractors, Applicators, Furniture manufacturers, Architects and end Consumers and thereby, achieving overall business objectives. Business objectives Assist the dealer network in driving sales value and volume for ECO PU Coatings Generate demand for Automotive / wood coatings by means of organizing activations, samplings and trainings to stakeholders like Painters, contractors, applicators etc. Expand the network for Automotive / wood coatings through integration team by means of sharing of leads Drive growth by targeting and engaging with certain specific stakeholders who deal exclusively with Automotive / Wood coatings like furniture manufacturers To apply best practices of handling distributor network for the company Stakeholder Management Conduct shop meets on new Auto / wood coatings to promote growth in the market Drive sales by engaging with contractors and architects by means of product trainings and activations. Resolve dealer and consumer complaints with respect to Auto / wood-coatings and ensure closure within benchmark timelines Mandates Required for a desired candidate: - Graduate Degree in any stream (B.Sc./B. Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) Graduation must be through a full-time course. 2 - 6 years of experience in Sales function in any organization (Experience in Auto Paints / wood finishes industry) Role involves visiting dealer counters, customer sites which requires travelling.
