Requirement:
· We need to ensure they have good communication + convincing skills.
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Have 2-4 years relevant retail sales experience in Adhesives/Sealants/ Allied industries.
· We can look at freshers who are ambitious and open to travel and is a potential salesperson. Or we can look at people who are into field sales and are open to travel.
· Freshers- B.com/MBA Graduates, Experience- Minimum 1 yr. experience from target segments.
· Should have two-wheeler, it will be convenient for them.
Products handled by the candidates:
· Tekbond Products- Adhesives and Sealants.
· Tekbond product range includes Silicone Sealants, Polyurethane (PU) sealants, Acrylic Sealants, MS Hybrid, Adhesives (Hot melt, epoxy based, Polyurethane) and spray paint.
Target Segments (End Users should be same):
1) Glass/Façade
2) ACP Pannel/Aluminum
3) Glass Hardware
4) Window Hardware
5) Aluminum profile
6) Adhesives/Sealants
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
