As we scale our go-to-market team, we are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to build strong on-ground relationships and close deals.
Role Overview
As a Field Sales Executive at Benlopen AI, you will be the face of our company to prospective clients. Your primary focus is to identify, nurture, and close B2B sales opportunities through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and qualify leads within your assigned territory (retail, logistics, finance, manufacturing, other target sectors).
Conduct cold visits, attend industry events, and leverage referral to build a robust sales pipeline.
Field Sales Meetings
Schedule and conduct on-site meetings with decision-makers (C-suite, heads of operations/IT).
Deliver tailored demos of Benlopen AI’s platform, addressing specific business pain points.
Consultative Selling
Understand client workflows and recommend AI-powered solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and handle objections effectively.
Provide weekly sales forecasts and territory reports to the Sales Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have
2–6 years of field sales experience in B2B SaaS, IT solutions, or emerging tech (AI/ML experience is a strong plus).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
Willingness to travel in the field 4–5 days a week.
Excellent verbal and presentation skills – ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-starter with strong time management and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
