Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Generate appointments with the help of provided data and assign the appointment to the field sales executive for closure.
Maintaining a track record of generated appointments and deals closed.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Effectively present products and services during telephonic conversations, addressing inquiries, complaints, and doubts.
Contact prospects and existing clients to generate more leads.
Keep detailed records of client visits, sales, and other useful information.
Understand and stay updated on the company's products and services to explain them clearly to prospects.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills and knowledge of Marathi and Gujarati language is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to handle objections and resolve client concerns.
Knowledge or willingness to learn about the company's products and services.
Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Organizational skills to maintain accurate sales records.
