1) Selling of Residential Apartments to needful clients
2) Organising sales visits
3) Demonstrating/presenting the products
4) Convincing clients by explaining to them the special features & facilities of Projects
5) Establishing new business
6) Negotiating contracts
7) Building Brand Image and Goodwill of the company among the clients
8) Involving in Marketing Activities
+) Maintaining healthy coordination with Channel partners
10) Maintaining Good Relations with the companies New and Old Existing Clients
11) Increasing the company product sale by bringing more and more business from clients and referrals, after Sales & Service assuring the client by feel that he came to the right place and invested in a right
deal with brand name
12) Maintaining accurate records, Attending trade exhibitions, conferences & meeting
13) Research & feedback on competitive & contemporary projects in Bangalore
