Should be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner by identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers along with contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service and close the sales lead
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Coordinate with auxiliary departments to address and resolve customer requirements efficiently
Maintain documentation of customer requirements and responses for future follow up and traction
Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion
Passionate sales professional in achieving targets consistently
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
