About The Role

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our clients’ brands, engaging directly with customers at various public venues and events. Your main duties will revolve around driving sales by promoting and advocating for our clients’ products or services, while also nurturing brand recognition. • Immersing oneself in our client’s brand, acquiring comprehensive knowledge of products and services to address customer inquiries and provide personalized suggestions.
• Presenting our offerings effectively, showcasing products and delivering engaging presentations to captivate audiences and spark interest.
• Establishing and nurturing connections, fostering positive relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues across our team.
• Listening attentively and learning from customer feedback, sharing insights with the team to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Monitoring and reporting on promotional activities’ effectiveness, evaluating customer engagement metrics, and proposing strategies for greater impact.
• Mastering presentation techniques, organizing and managing promotional materials to create visually appealing and informative brand experiences.
