Job Summary: As a Sales Executive at World Pro, you will be a vital member of our sales team, responsible for driving real estate sales by leveraging your prior experience in sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the real estate buying or selling process. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate requirements and providing tailored solutions.

Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and conduct thorough market research to advise clients on property values and investment opportunities.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, high-quality photographs, and engaging marketing materials.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Documentation: Assist clients in preparing and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and other necessary documents.

Qualifications:
• Proven Sales Experience in any field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed, with a strong work ethic.
• Minimum a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
