Bachelors degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administrationDemonstrable references of previous employment and winning projects if any.Experience with Emebedded solution, Enterprise Information Management tools if any clearly mention.Familiarity with business domains such as Industrial Automation, Distributed control system, Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Warehousing, ecommerce work cycle, inventory management and Distribution etc is an added advantage.Industry experience in Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy / Power, Manufacturing (essentially asset-intensive industries) is an added advantage.Experience or knowledge in regular FMCG, Health care work flow will be an advantage.Experience inpresales, solutions and/or delivery, with focus on presentation of product and services, requirement gathering, clear understanding of requirements, Technology adherance, solution planning, working with solution delivering team to verify the exact requirement etc is an added advantage.Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn new attributes, ability to work and collaborate with other teams, including management to derive the flawless outputAttention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities and Duties(Proposals and / or Bid Management)

Ability to own proposal, and lead the proposal response process.Ability to manage each proposal as a mini- project: understand proposal / client requirements, create proposal structure, provide answers for non- technical questions, work with practice teams or SMEs to gather technical and commercial response, and manage response process within proposal deadline.Should have participated / worked with different SMEs (Solution Architect, Pricing lead, Service Delivery team etc. ) during the proposal life cycle.Ability to work on multiple proposals simultaneously.Ability to create presentations and collaterals.Excellent formatting skills, and aesthetic sense. Should have ability to improvise on the overall proposal content with reference to aesthetics/ formatting, business proposition etc.Excellent communication skills and presentable.
