Role Description
This is a full-time sales executive role located in Bhubaneshwar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting with clients, developing relationships and sales leads, and closing deals to help grow the Bank's customer base. This is an on-site role that requires the ability to effectively communicate with clients while meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the Bank.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sales, business development, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients from various backgrounds
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Drive, passion, and curiosity for learning and growing within the Bank
