We are looking for a Sales Executive - CCTV
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, focusing on both new business development and account management.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our CCTV security systems and solutions to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients, including, small businesses, and larger commercial entities, through market research and lead generation.
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their security requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value and effectiveness of our security systems.
Proposal Generation: Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the security or technology industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to understand complex technical solutions and present them in a clear and compelling manner.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
