Sales Executive
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer
acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential,
crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Technical/Functional Skills
• Ability to make formal and informal presentations to clients.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance be proactive and handle uncertainty. A go-getter
with a strong self-drive.
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the
department or business goals.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities
• Demo and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through phone or email as required.
• Solve customer problems and complaints to improve customer experience.
• Increasing the revenue from existing customers while attracting new ones by way of client
acquisition and penetration.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to bring the best
experience for the customers.
• Generate reports on new sales, target achievements, and issues to the management.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through outbound channels
• Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
• Get feedback and improve constantly.
Qualifications
• BS/BA/BE degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience as a sales development representative.
• A capable user of technology (Email marketing, CRM, business apps, etc)
