We are based in Chennai and deliver end-to-end solutions — from concept and design to project execution and delivery — combining innovation with practical expertise.
We are now expanding our sales team exclusively for Chennai and are inviting energetic male and female candidates to join us in driving business growth.
Role Summary
The Sales Executive (Chennai) will handle complete sales activities — from lead generation to deal closure and payment collection — through both field visits and digital marketing platforms.
The role demands a strong understanding of construction and interior materials, proactive client engagement, and self-driven marketing ability.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate leads in Chennai and nearby areas through field visits, local networking, and digital campaigns.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to order confirmation and payment collection.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and developers.
• Promote company services and products in civil construction, interiors, and material supply.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for quotation preparation and order execution.
• Actively use digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Campaigns) for online lead generation.
• Maintain daily sales reports, visit records, and CRM entries.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for Chennai region.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Tamil & English).
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and online lead generation.
• Confidence in client meetings and field sales.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration / Any relevant field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in civil/interior project sales or construction material marketing preferred.
Salary & Benefits
• Fixed Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
• Variable Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (performance-linked)
• Attractive Incentives: For each confirmed order and payment collected
• Perks: Travel allowance, mobile allowance, and growth-based incentives
