Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic male Sales Executive with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in CRM selling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing and website selling.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Sales Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the CRM products and services offered by the company. Articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the CRM solutions to potential clients.
Client Communication: Engage with clients to identify their CRM needs and provide customized solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the CRM capabilities.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's target client profile.
Sales Conversion: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Address any client concerns and objections effectively to close sales.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide on going support and ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance the CRM offerings.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure the seamless delivery of CRM solutions. Collaborate on developing marketing materials and sales strategies.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM software. Prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
Male candidate with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in CRM selling.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and website selling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, proactive, and able to work independently.
Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
High level of professionalism and dedication.
