Job Title: Sales Executive

Position Overview:The incumbent of this role will deliver exceptional customer service and assist clients in selecting premium bridal and occasion wear. They will also provide styling guidance to ensure clients find their ideal outfit.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers effectively to drive store sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Maintain individual and store-level sales targets and performance metrics.

Understand client preferences and suggest wedding and occasion outfits tailored to their needs.

Offer expert styling consultations and recommend suitable accessories and customizations.

Cultivate long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product displays, adhering to brand guidelines.

Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism.

Requirements

1-3 years of retail sales experience.

10+2 educational qualification in any stream.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for bridal fashion, styling, and client service.

A results-driven approach with a strong sales orientation.
