Position Overview: As a B2B Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and drive revenue growth by effectively selling services to other businesses (B2B). You will be responsible for contacting interested leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales deals. Your role will require a strong focus on achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the Startup Movers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Calls and Presentations:
• Contact interested leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and present suitable service offerings.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the services provided by Startup Movers.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with the Business Development team.
• Regularly follow up with leads to build rapport and maintain interest in the company's offerings.
• Overcome objections and address concerns raised by prospects, positioning the service as the best solution.
• Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
Collaboration and Reporting:
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, and business development to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to sales management.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Command over spoken English
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive for results.
• Proficient in using CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently
