Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Services
Location: Hybrid
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred, but freshers with strong communication can apply)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound leads from Meta Ads, website, referrals, and landing pages
• Understand client requirements and suggest the right service package
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and emails
• Share proposals, quotations, and negotiate where needed
• Maintain CRM and report sales pipeline regularly
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
Must-Have Skills:
• Excellent communication (spoken + written)
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (services like social media, Google Ads, landing pages, etc.)
• Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Google Meet
Preferred But Not Mandatory:
• Experience in a digital marketing agency
• Prior work-from-home sales experience
• Knowledge of real estate, education, or D2C sectors
Salary & Incentives:Base Salary (WFH):
• ₹16,000 to ₹20,000/month depending on experience
• Incentive Plan :
• 5–10% commission on the first-month billing
