Job Title Sales Executive
Objective / Purpose of the job :
As a Sales Specialist for Hey Concrete Panels, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our innovative concrete panel products. You'll be responsible for effectively presenting our solutions to clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored recommendations that showcase the unique benefits of Hey Concrete Panels. With a focus on fostering client relationships and exceeding sales targets, you'll contribute to the expansion of our market presence and the recognition of Hey Concrete Panels as a leader in the industry.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Business Development
- To develop sales channel through Architects, Builders, Contractors and Key Dealers.
- Responsible for network expansion at company/distributor/Dealer level as per business requirements
- Generate leads for project sales in co-ordination with sales team
- Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers.
Sales Achievement
- Co-ordinate with Distributors & marketing team to formulate annual / monthly business plan of their respective areas.
- Responsible for achieving sales target, collection w.r.t. Business Plan in the area
- Ensure generation of sales / leads in accordance to annual / monthly sales business plan.
- Responsible for sales order generation in co-ordination with the distributor (s).
- Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics.
Building Relationships
- Maintaining relationships with distributors by providing information, support and guidance.
- Maintain contacts and periodic visits to distributors, builders, architects as per the business requirement.
- Ensure that the distributors meet all the legal / statutory requirements.
- Mentoring dealer sales.
- In addition to this the Sales officer must also be a great listener with ability to clarify & resolve issues and concerns of Distributor, Dealers, Architects, Clients.
Operational Support & Brand Management
- Co-ordinate with the Clients, Distributors and Back office for timely delivery of the material on sites
- Ensure order compliance at distributor / company level and logging of sales orders in the system.
- Implement defined brand activities with the support of branding team
- Drive brand exclusivity initiatives at distributor level (to the best extent possible)
- Conduct promotional meets for brand awareness.
Customer Complaint Redressal
- Manage customer complaint
- Monitoring of complaints raised by distributors / dealers and ensure that the complaints are resolved in a timely manner
Market Intelligence
- Monitoring competition prices and activities in the market and updating them to your senior,
- Directors & marketing team of the same.
- Survey market for upcoming projects under given area.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends.
Key Skills
Excellent Communication
Good Coordination with Internal & External parties
Proven record of sales experience (preferably in building material products like tiles, surfaces.)
Good Negotiation and Networking skills
Time
- management
Familiarity with Sales reporting tools
Knowledge of concrete panel products or related construction materials is a plus
Desired Qualification
Bachelors/ MBA in marketing
1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Building Material Industry.
