We are currently looking for a Sales Executive - E-commerce for sustainable products Category. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for planning & leading the Ecommerce sales and operations. The location of the job will be Bangalore.
Experience Level – 2 – 4 years
Qualification: Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
NP – Immediate to 15 days.
Location; Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore only (preferred South Bangalore candidates)
Work From Office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Experience of over 2 to 4 years in managing E-Commerce marketplace business.
• Being responsible for sales/operations and day-to-day activities on eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, PayTM, Shopee, etc.
• Creating strategies, Monitoring, Analysing & Improving business performance on the e-commerce marketplaces
• Managing all the activities from website management to order management.
• Addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Inventory management
• Managing promotional campaigns at marketplaces.
• Maintaining a strong relationship with all the POC of eCommerce portals.
• Working closely with various internal teams and third-party associates
• Payment and order reconciliations for marketplaces.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• More than 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in the E-commerce Industry.
• Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills.
• Working in a Bio sustainable products brand is a plus.
• Good to have Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display, and affiliate marketing channels.
