Job Description
1. Market Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, competitors and
analyze market data.
Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements.
Develop a great understanding of existing and new products in the company.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal sales partners and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of
business development initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and ensure that it
reaches the venue on time.
Work closely with the Sales Head and other cross-functional teams to identify new business
opportunities, prepare documents, and implement plans to expand the companys market presence
and achieve revenue targets
3. Proposal Development
Develop detailed compelling proposals including pricing, terms, and conditions.
Prepare business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, quotations and other
documents for clients and stakeholders as required.
Responsible for completing business development activities as well as implementing sales plans and
managing staff
4. Business Planning and Strategy
Assist the Business Development Manager to identify target markets, customer segments, and
product service offerings.
Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and marketing campaigns.
Accomplishing sales objectives by producing forecasting, budget and market reports as well as
reviewing advertising and promotion plans and developing field sales action plans.
Contributing marketing and sales information to strategic plans prepare and complete action plans.
5. Other Responsibilities
Accomplishing human resource objectives by recruiting, training and coaching employees, reviewing
productivity and compensation.
Implement quality and customer-service standards.
Resolve problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and
