Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and nurturing relationships with businesses in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering industry. This role involves understanding the unique needs of HoReCa clients and promoting our products/services to meet those needs while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
~ Identify and target potential HoReCa clients in the designated territory.
~ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
~ Build and maintain a robust client database.
2. Consultative Selling:
~ Understand the specific needs and challenges of HoReCa clients.
~ Recommend and present products or services that align with client requirements.
~ Provide product demonstrations and samples when applicable.
3. Relationship Building:
~ Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in HoReCa establishments.
~ Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions to improve their operations or enhance the guest experience.
4. Sales Targets:
~ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
~ Create and manage sales pipelines, tracking leads and opportunities.
5. Product Knowledge:
~ Stay up-to-date on the company's products or services and industry trends.
~ Clearly articulate the unique selling points and benefits of products/services.
6. Negotiation and Closing:
~ Negotiate terms and agreements with clients.
~ Close sales and secure contracts while adhering to pricing and profitability guidelines.
7. Reporting:
~ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
~ Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager or relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
~ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
~ Proven experience in sales, with a focus on the HoReCa sector.
~ Deep knowledge of the hospitality and food service industry.
~ A Strong network of contacts within the HoReCa sector is a plus.
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Ability to travel as needed.
Salary: As per Market Standards
