Role Overview:
We don’t want order takers. We want sales closers. If you’ve never sold to cold leads before, please don’t apply. We are looking for a highly motivated & experienced Sales Executive who can handle sales, pitch our services effectively, convert leads into enrollments, and maintain healthy customer relationships. He/ she must be fluent in English & Hindi. The role also involves maintaining follow-up pipelines and using basic CRM and email tools, combining tele sales efficiency with inside sales strategy. EdTech experience would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential leads provided by the marketing team.
Pitch our Services.
Convince leads to enroll for our services.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Follow up regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain lead records in the CRM / Google Sheets.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Work with the team to achieve daily / weekly targets.
Share feedback from calls for continuous improvement.
Assist in sending payment links and resolving any queries related to services.
Participate in sales review meetings and training.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, edtech will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English & Hindi.
Basic computer and email handling skills.
Familiarity with Google Sheets / CRM tools is a plus.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Ability to handle rejections and keep a positive attitude.
