Job Description:
Ashth is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive for our jewelry retail store. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our luxury lab-grown diamond jewelry brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and guiding them through their purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and present suitable products from Ashth’s exclusive collections.
Provide detailed product knowledge about lab-grown diamonds, including their benefits, design, and craftsmanship.
Maintain and develop a database of loyal customers by building relationships and providing personalized service.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance.
Assist in merchandising, maintaining the visual appeal of the store, and ensuring product displays are up to brand standards.
Handle inquiries and sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Keep up-to-date with current jewelry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales techniques.
Process returns, exchanges, and repairs while ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
Participate in in-store promotions, events, and client outreach activities.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge about CRM softwares.
A passion for jewelry and a genuine interest in lab-grown diamonds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience in retail, especially in the luxury or jewelry industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
