Responsibilities
As an outbound tele-sales executive, the ideal candidate will need to:
• Call potential customers and promote Mannai Travel and its array of products and service offerings.
• Generate insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns.
• Follow up with potential clients (over phone or email) to comprehend their travel requirements.
• Prepare general/customized itineraries as per client requirements to suit the client’s preferences and budget.
• Make and confirm bookings through the designated POS and GDS systems.
• Provide clients with up-to-date travel advisories in accordance with the destinations being visited.
• Modify existing bookings to suit a change in client’s circumstances.
• Research destinations and keep up to date with travel industry news.
• Meet or exceed the defined SLA targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Key Skills
• Proven experience of working as a tele-sales executive in an International OTA environment.
• Sound knowledge and experience in handling travel POS and GDS systems.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Arabic)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (viz. Word, Excel, etc.)
• Exceptional customer service skills.
Relevant Work Experience
• 1 – 2 years of outbound tele-sales experience in online international travel platforms.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline)
• IATA Certification/Diploma (Preferred)
Other Requirements
• Willing to work rotational shifts in a 24x7 environment
• Currently located in or willing to relocate to Pune
Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days
