Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential international clients, utilizing various lead generation methods such as online research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value propositions to international clients.
Will have to communicate with international clients via calls, emails and chat.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective international client organizations.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales proposals and solutions that meet the unique needs of international clients.
Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in international sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
Strong business acumen and understanding of global markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and generate accurate sales reports.
Willingness to travel internationally, as required, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable, particularly languages spoken in target international markets.
