Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fine dining restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting the restaurant's brand to attract high-end clientele. This role requires a strong passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase restaurant bookings.
Identify and establish relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and high-profile guests.
Promote private dining experiences, group bookings, and special events.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand awareness and sales campaigns.
Attend networking events and industry functions to generate leads and build connections.
Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information about services, and follow up on leads.
Maintain a database of key clients and track interactions for future business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Assist in the creation of promotional offers, packages, and loyalty programs.
Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management on sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or fine dining sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the fine dining industry and premium customer service standards.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
