JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES EXECUTIVE
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
• Researching prospects and generating leads
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Collecting requirements of property owners
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
• Follow-ups with survey and installation teams
• Managing the sales process through specific software
• Meeting weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Participating in sales team meetings.
Requirements
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in the hospitality
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Salary: 15k to 30k (Excluding TA if applicable)
• Strong verbal and written communicator
• Excellent phone and presentation skills
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
