Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to leads generated through digital marketing channels promptly, ensuring timely followup and effective lead nurturing.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively engage and convert leads into customers. Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize the sales process.
• Understand customer requirements, pain points, and business objectives to provide tailored IT service solutions. Conduct effective Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through regular communication, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage sales pipeline effectively, tracking and updating lead status, activities, and progress using CRM systems. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics related to IT services. Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand customer base.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project implementation.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in accordance with company guidelines. Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems especially HubSpot and sales tools to manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of international markets and the ability to adapt communication styles and sales approaches to different cultural backgrounds.
Possess cultural intelligence to effectively navigate cross-cultural interactions, understand customer preferences, and respect cultural values and norms.

Show sensitivity and adaptability when engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a high level of cultural competence in all interactions.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:
• Proven 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT service industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Extensive global market knowledge and a successful history of selling IT services to international clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the IT services industry and market trends.
• Significant exposure to various technology stacks across the Digital landscape, Next Gen. Technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT) UX, Mobility, Platform Development, ecommerce, Cloud Ops, etc.
