Job Description:
Are you an experienced sales professional looking to make an impact in the Canadian real estate market from the comfort of your home in India? As a Senior Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with property owners and tenants across Ontario, Canada. You’ll use your sales expertise to communicate the value of our services and contribute to the growth of our company. Responsibilities:
• Engage with Canadian property owners to promote our property management services.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their property management requirements.
• Maintain an organized CRM with detailed client information and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and meet monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to the management team.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a sales role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Competencies: Strong ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM software
