Job Title: Sales Executive for ZUKTI Diamonds

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our ZUKTI Diamonds team in Bangalore. ZUKTI Diamonds is a renowned brand in the precious jewellery industry and we are looking for a Sales Executive who shares our passion for exceptional customer service and high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Assist customers with product selection and educate them on the features and benefits of ZUKTI Diamonds jewellery
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Mentor and train new sales associates
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Support the store manager with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the jewellery industry with a minimum of 1-3 years in a Sales Associate or similar role
Strong knowledge of diamonds and other precious stones
Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and mentor and train new associates
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
