About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Be involved in analyzing the documents provided by the clients on a daily basis
2. Assess the potential of the work and provide accurate quotations to the client
3. Work on handling customer complaints and everything related to the customers and their projects
4. Work on maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service
5. Work as a primary communication channel to the clients/customers for the company
Required:
1. To be successful as a sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals
2. Ultimately, a top-performing sales executive should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times
3. Any postgraduate fresher can apply
4. Any post-graduate with excellent written and verbal English; the accent does not matter but there is no substitute to good grammar and choice of right words
5. You should have good analytical skills as you will be trained to read many documents every day and analyze them for specific pointers to determine the various aspects of the projects
6. You will be trained for the customer interaction part but you should be good at communication with people inherently
7. Your job requires you to handle customers mostly on chat, talk over the phone when needed, and be able to carry the discussion logically
8. You should be ready to work the rotational shift
