About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Initiate phone conversations with clients from leads given by the company
2. Evaluate a client's needs to help them buy properties and achieve sales targets
3. Work on cold calling and messaging customers to arrange site visits
4. Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchases
Requirements:
1. One should own a vehicle
2. Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred
3. Passionate about sales
4. Good communication skills & client-handling skills
5. Properly groomed and formally dressed
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
