Design Cafe is hiring " Sales Executive " for Navi Mumbai - Kharghar Center
Address : Shop No 3&4, Bhagwati Greens, Plot No. 6, Central Park Rd, Sector 23, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210
Minimum Exp- 1 to 2years
Role- Individual Contributor
Industry Preference : Interior Design Firms, Retail, Automotive, Real Estate and Ed Tech
Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure
• Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Customer experience & relationship management
• Resolving Customer queries.
• Generating Sales Reports.
• Individual Contributor

Sales Managers are the conductors of a company’s revenue engine. Strong performance from the sales managers would Contribute towards the center achieving its goal of revenue, Customer experience which in turn helps the organization to grow and achieve its goals.

Requirements :
• A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
• Minimum Experience - 1 to 3 years in inside sales and B2C Sales .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• If you are from Interior Design Firms,Real Estate, Ed tech,Retail, Automotive
• This role is an Individual contributor role and not Team Handling
Roles :
• Build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
• Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
• Responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers
• Provide world-class customer experience by extending passion and commitment for serving customers
• The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets
• Candidates should come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike
