Role & responsibilities
Customer service: Greeting customers, helping them select products, and explaining product features
Sales strategy: Developing sales strategies and setting goals
Communication: Contacting customers by phone, email, or in person, and resolving customer queries
Negotiation: Negotiating sales deals with clients
Relationship building: Building strong customer relationships and maintaining customer relationship management data
Reporting: Reporting on sales performance monthly, quarterly, and annually
Teamwork: Working closely with marketing and product development, and participating in team meetings
