Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, smart and outgoing female Sales Executive who can persuade clients to sign up for our services. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with them, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other means
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Present and demonstrate our services to clients and negotiate sales contracts
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecast future sales
• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company objectives
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in a service-based industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Results-driven and customer-focused
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and other relevant languages
• Confidence, assertiveness, and outgoing nature
