The ideal candidate will be responsible to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities with existing clients. Leveraging your minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling digital marketing services to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals. Build a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and marketing needs. Conduct detailed needs analysis and provide customized digital marketing solutions to address their specific requirements. Present and demonstrate the value proposition of the company's products and services effectively.
• Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor. Provide ongoing support, address any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and delivering results.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and meet revenue goals. Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and account management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and deliver client proposals and contracts.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, opportunities, and revenue generation using CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecast. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the digital marketing industry. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
