Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, listen to their needs and preferences, and demonstrate available vehicles
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and performance
• Offer financing options and negotiate pricing to close sales
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and competitors
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information
• Collaborate with the marketing and advertising team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Attend training and professional development sessions to stay up to date on products, sales techniques, and best practices
Requirements:
• Graduate; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
• Proven B2C sales experience preferably from Automobiles, Hospitality, Aviation, Insurance, Banking & other service industries
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of automobiles, industry trends, and financing options
• Ability to negotiate and close deals
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
