Job Description
• Works closely and reports to the Zonal Sales Manager
• Works closely with the appointed distributors
• Initiates and closes sales leads individually
• Supports leads provided by direct and Alternate channel
• Presents technical knowledge of the product to the customer.
• Performs Pilots and SOP discovery for the clients
Roles & Responsibilities
• Set up training schedules in close cooperation with the customer. Provide completion report after each training visit
• Regular visits to customers to obtain direct product feedback from them about the quality and the customer satisfaction
• Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality regulatory training in a timely manner
• Ability to identify applicable regulations and to accurately interpret regulatory requirements
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing high priority needs with the agility to shift work when needed while maintaining focus and meeting committed timelines
• Reports in the CRM provided by the company
• Expert knowledge of microbiology is a plus but not limiting to.
• Regular Daily / Weekly / Monthly / quarterly customer Visit report to be submitted in the prescribed format
• Quality minded, improvement oriented, Good interpersonal skill and
