Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to targeted lists of potential customers. Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, to identify qualified leads interested in our AI attendance system.
Engage Prospects: Initiate conversations with potential customers, effectively communicate the value proposition of our product, and generate interest in scheduling a meeting. Build rapport and create a positive impression of our company during these interactions.
Qualification and Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough qualification calls to understand the needs, pain points, and requirements of potential customers. Collect relevant information to assess the fit between their needs and our product.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments between potential customers and our sales team. Coordinate calendars, provide necessary information, and ensure smooth scheduling to maximize attendance and minimize cancellations.
Follow-up and Persistence: Implement a follow-up strategy to engage prospects who have shown initial interest but have not yet scheduled a meeting. Maintain consistent communication to nurture leads and convert them into appointments.
Relationship Building: Establish a positive and professional relationship with potential customers. Listen actively to their concerns and questions, address them appropriately, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outbound calls, prospect interactions, and scheduled appointments. Provide regular reports to the sales team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to meeting targets.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
