The suitable candidate will be based at Lucknow. He will be responsible to make new distributor/ dealers in unrepresented areas.
Responsibilities and Duties
PROFILE- SALES EXECUTIVE Location: Lucknow UP Package: 1.50 Lacs- 3.60 Lacs+T.A per annum Performance based incentive
Key Responsibilities Areas
1.To handle company’s sales in assigned region (1-3 districts)
2.To identify and recruit company's distributor in assigned area.
3.To increase company's market share through distributor's sales.
4.To manage distributors and sales.
5.To keep an eye on competition.
6.Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual target with the help through distribution network and sales team.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirement:
1.Preferably MBA or Graduates with 1 -3 years of experience in channel sales.
2.Must be a go getter and enjoy challenges.
3.Must be looking forward to build career in fastest growing Lubricant domain.
4.Preferably have worked with big Lubricant distributors/ Auto Parts/ Batteries/
