Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Banquet Sales Executive at Mayur Hotel & Resort Sitapur. The Banquet Sales Executive will be responsible for managing events, coordinating between clients and hotel staff, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high guest satisfaction. The Banquet Sales Executive will also provide advice and recommendations to clients to ensure successful events.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in banquet and event sales is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, sales, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer. relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required,
